Online Renewal of Food Establishment Permit

Please review your renewal notice for any necessary changes. For changes you will need to contact your local inspector or the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Division at 402-471-3422.

To renew your food establishment permit online you will need the following items:

Your owner and firm number that are printed on your Renewal Form.
Checking account routing number or Master Card or Visa Credit Card information. Debit card use is not available at this time.

For online transactions, there is a 2.49% plus $1.75 fee when using a credit card. There is a $1.75 fee when using eCheck (ACH). Please note that these fees are non-refundable.

You will have the opportunity to review all applicable fees prior to finalizing your transaction. At that point, you will have the option to cancel your transaction and pay via a traditional, offline method. Online payment is an alternative to traditional type of payments and is considered voluntary.

Online renewals will return on July 1, 2012
